Welcome to the Trezor Suite service!
This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the provider of the Trezor Suite wallet service (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “we”) regarding your use of the Trezor Suite digital asset wallet service.
Before registering, logging in, or using the Service, please carefully read, understand, and agree to all the terms of this Agreement. By clicking “Agree and Continue,” you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
I. Service Overview
1. Trezor Suite is a non-custodial, decentralized digital asset wallet service that enables users to securely manage, store, and transfer digital assets.
2. The wallet supports a range of commonly used digital assets, including but not limited to:
-
Bitcoin (BTC)
-
Ethereum (ETH)
-
Tether (USDT) (supporting the ERC-20 and TRC-20 networks)
-
Other commonly used tokens based on the ERC-20 and BEP-20 standards
3. The Service provides a fast transaction processing function. For on-chain transactions involving major digital assets such as BTC, ETH, and USDT, block confirmation may be completed within 300 seconds (5 minutes) under suitable network conditions. Actual processing times may vary depending on the status of the blockchain network and the transaction fee settings.
4. The Platform does not store users’ private keys, recovery phrases (Seed Phrases), or asset information. Users retain control over the digital assets held in their own wallets.
II. User Qualifications and Obligations
1. Users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a valid agreement.
2. Users are responsible for securely safeguarding the following information:
-
Recovery Phrase (Seed Phrase)
-
Private Key
-
Wallet password and transaction authentication methods (such as PIN, Face ID, etc.)
Loss or disclosure of such information may result in permanent loss of access to the relevant digital assets. In such circumstances, the Platform cannot guarantee or ensure the recovery of such assets.
3. Users shall not use Trezor Suite to engage in illegal activities, including:
-
Money laundering, fraud, or online gambling
-
Terrorist financing or other unlawful financial activities
-
Illegal transactions conducted through the dark web or evasion of sanctions
4. Users shall assume full legal and financial responsibility for all digital asset transactions they conduct.
III. Risk Warning
1. Digital assets are highly volatile, and their value may increase or decrease significantly. Users should make their own decisions and use the Service with due caution.
2. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction has been broadcast to the network, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Although transactions using the fast processing function may be confirmed within 300 seconds under suitable conditions, delays or failures may occur due to factors including, but not limited to:
-
Blockchain network congestion
-
Insufficient transaction fees
-
Node failures
-
On-chain network congestion or other network conditions
-
Other technical or network-related issues
4. Users should download wallet applications only from official sources. Using software obtained through unofficial or unverified channels may result in unauthorized access to, leakage of, or loss of digital assets.
IV. Fast Transaction Processing Function
1. Trezor Suite provides fast transaction processing functions designed to optimize transaction broadcasting and network synchronization.
2. For transactions involving major digital assets such as BTC, ETH, and USDT, the system may automatically select an appropriate processing node based on network conditions and determine an appropriate transaction fee to facilitate confirmation of the transaction within 300 seconds, where conditions permit.
3. Users may manually adjust the transaction fee to adapt to different levels of network congestion. Users shall be responsible for the consequences and costs resulting from such adjustments.
4. The Platform does not guarantee a 100% success rate or guarantee a refund in the event of a failed transaction. Transactions confirmed on the blockchain are generally irreversible.
V. Privacy Policy
1. The Platform complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws and regulations.
2. The Platform does not, as a general rule, collect users’ names, identification numbers, precise geographic location, asset balances, or other sensitive information that directly identifies the User.
3. To improve the Service and user experience, the Platform may collect the following types of anonymized information:
-
Anonymized device information (such as device type and language settings)
-
Anonymized usage data (such as clicks and page access time)
4. Collected data will be used for service and product improvement and optimization and will not be sold or improperly disclosed to third parties, except where permitted or required by applicable law.
5. If a User chooses to use a third-party service, such as a DApp browser, the User should separately review and comply with the privacy policy and terms of use of the relevant third party.
VI. Service Changes and Termination
1. Trezor Suite reserves the right to update, modify, or improve the Service, its features, user interface, and terms of use from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the official website, application, or other appropriate channels.
2. If a User is found to have violated applicable laws or regulations or any provision of this Agreement, the Platform may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service without prior notice.
3. Users may uninstall the wallet application or discontinue use of the Service at any time. However, before doing so, users should ensure that all digital assets have been properly transferred and that all necessary wallet information has been securely retained.
VII. Disclaimer
1. The Platform does not provide individualized investment, financial, or wealth management advice relating to digital assets and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be responsible for economic losses arising from fluctuations in the value of digital assets.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trezor Suite shall not be liable for losses arising from the following circumstances:
-
Disclosure of passwords or authentication information by the User

Loss of the recovery phrase or private key
-
Use of unofficial, counterfeit, or unauthorized software

Force majeure events
-
Other losses attributable to the User
3. The Platform shall not be responsible for the content, services, transactions, or actions of any third-party DApp or website accessed through Trezor Suite.
VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the wallet service operator is established or registered, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement, the User and the Platform shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
IX. Miscellaneous
1. This Agreement shall take effect on the date on which the User clicks “Agree and Continue” or begins to use the Service, whichever occurs first.
2. We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time as necessary for the operation and provision of the Service. Updated terms will be communicated through the official website, application, or other appropriate channels. To the extent permitted by applicable law, continued use of the Service after the updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
3. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Service before the updated terms become effective.
4. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation between different language versions of this Agreement, the version that is legally applicable under the relevant law and contractual arrangements shall prevail.
5. Additional terms relating to privacy, security, and other aspects of the Service may apply in conjunction with this Agreement where applicable.
By using the Service, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions.
These provisions constitute the entire terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Trezor Suite service.
